NIFT 2020: National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) is a premier foundation in fashion education which offers UG and PG Programmes in fashion and design technology. NIFT Entrance Exam application form will be available in the month of November 2020. Candidates are advised to read the official advertisement before filling the form.

Eligibility Criteria for UG Courses
- Last age to be considered is 23 years as on 1st October 2019.
- Last age considered by Authorities is 28 years as above, for ST/SC/PHP.
For B.Des:
- Completed/appearing 10+12th examination from state or central board like CISCE, CBSE, etc. or
- Any Public School/Board/University Examination equivalent as 10+2 from India or Foreign Universities recognized by AIU. or
- GCE (General Certificate Education) Examination (Cambridge/Sri-Lanka/London) at the superior (A) level/IB (International Baccalaureate). or
- Completed/appearing for Senior Secondary School Exam which is conducted by National Open School with at least 5 subjects. or
- Three years diploma holder from a recognized college/institution.
For B.F.Tech
- Cleared in 10+2 exam from state/central board with Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics subject.
- Applicants possessing a diploma of Three years in any stream of engineering are also able to apply.
Eligibility Criteria for PG Courses
- There is no age limit for PG courses.
- Appearing applicants are also able to apply.
For M.Des
- B.Des degree from applicable institution. or
- Diploma in Bachelor’s design from NID/NIFT only. or
- Bachelor’s diploma of Three-years from NID/NIFT.
For M.F.Tech
- The Given qualification by NIFT is B.F.Tech from National Institute of Fashion Technology. or
- B.Tech./B.E degree from an applicable institution.
For MFM
- Bachelor’s degree from applicable institution. or
- Bachelor’s diploma of Three-years from NID/NIFT.
NIFT 2020 Application Form Details
Application forms can be access via online mode only. No Hardcopy-copy (offline) application form will be sent for NIFT 2020. Before filling the application form, candidates must have to read the instruction carefully. The online application form will be issued from the website. Applicants may take the print of filled-in online application for other uses, after filling the form successfully. Applicants are also advised to have the proof of payment of Fee.

Admit Card
- The admit card of eligible applicants will be display for downloading from the website on last week, January 2020.
- Admit card will not be distributed by postal services.
- It is important to take Admit Card with you while going to examination center.
- Candidate will not be allowed to give exam, without the admit card.
Result
- The result will be announced online via the website of NIFT.
- The result of B.F.Tech will be arranged on the origin of General Aptitude Test only.
- M.Des result will be set on the origin of CAT, GAT, PI/GD.
- B.Des result will be set on the origin of GAT, Creative Aptitude Test and Situation Test.
- The last result of MFM & M.F.Tech will be confirmed on the origin of GD/PI and GAT.
Counselling
- The Counselling will be begin most likely in the month of April 2020 last week:
- The NIFT counselling agenda will be display on the NIFT official website.
- Each qualified applicants must essentially participate in counselling for getting admission.
Admission Process
- The admission will start after the announcement of merit list and result.
- Candidate must have to bring original or photocopies of all the required documents for validation/confirmation purpose, during the admission process.
