Karnataka TET 2021: Karnataka Teacher Eligibility Test (KARTET) is organized by the School Education Board of Karnataka to offer the job of teachers in the government as well as private schools in Karnataka State Schools. Interested applicant can fill the Application Form through online mode to get the job of a teacher in Karnataka. Karnataka Teacher Eligibility Test is the teaching qualifying examination in which many of the applicants may appear based on their Eligibility Criteria.  Aspirants can apply for a primary and upper primary teaching post for the next 5 years. Eligibility Criteria

  • The minimum age limit for the applying aspirant will be 18 years. The upper age limit will be between 35 to 40 years. Reserved category candidates get upper age limit relaxation.

Educational Qualification for Primary Teachers (Class 1 to 5)

  • For the Primary Teachers is the minimum qualification needed Intermediate (Class 12) with 50% marks (45% for reserved categories). Applying candidate must pass (D.EI. Ed) or Bachelor of Elementary Education with at least 45 – 50% of marks. Applying aspirants who are in the final-year of D.EI.Ed/ Bachelor of Elementary Education is also eligible to apply for Karnataka TET.

Educational Qualification for Upper Primary Teachers (Class 6 to 8)

  • For Upper Primary Teachers the minimum qualification needed is a Bachelor’s degree (B. A/ B.Sc. / B. Com/ B. Tech/ BBA etc.,) with a minimum of 45% – 50% marks. Applying candidate must pass a Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EI. Ed)/ Bachelor of Education (B. Ed). Candidates pursuing final-year D.EI. Ed/ B.Ed are also eligible to appear for Karnataka TET.

Karnataka TET 2021: Application Form

Candidate can fill the application form within the stipulated time and date. Before the maturity date, Candidates have to submit the application. Authority will issue application form through online mode. On the official website of the University, Candidates can fill and submit the application through online mode. After the submission of EOI applying candidates will receive an acknowledgment SMS and an email containing the application number and passcode to apply online. Candidates can apply online for provisional admission through an application number and passcode. The candidate must be upload all the documents in JPEG format.

Karnataka TET 2021: Result

Applying applicants can download the result by entering roll number and date of birth. Candidate can get the result of the examination on the official website of the authority. After one month of Examination, the candidate can expect results. After the result, the declaration applicant must take a printout of the result.
