Indian Army will be invited online application form young individual who have cleared high school (10th) and Intermediate (12th) can now apply for various positions in the northern command of the Indian army. There are a total of 11 vacancies- Messenger, Safaiwala, cook, Lower Division clerk and other posts in the army supply corps unit of 71 sub area of Army’s Northern command.
The date of application for Group-C posts start in the month of January-23 and the last date to apply for these positions in the month of February. The application procedure for these position will take place offline.
Eligibility Criteria of Indian Army Recruitment
The minimum age required to apply is 18 years and the upper age limit is 25 years. Applications received post deadline will not be accepted in any case. For more information, applicants can go to the official website. The age limit for the position and cook is set between 18 to 25 years for the unreserved category. Meanwhile the maximum age limit is 28 years for OBC and 30 years for SSC, ST. For the position of clerk the age limit is set between 18 to 27 years for unreserved category and 30 years for OBC, 32 years for SC, ST.
Salary Package Of Indian Army:
Messenger: Level-1, Rs. 18000 – 56,900
Safaiwala: Level-1, Rs. 18000 – 56,900
Cook: Level-2, Rs. 19,900 – 63200
Clerk: Level-2, Rs. 19,900 – 63,200
Required Educational Qualification:
Messenger and Safaiwala – class 10th pass.
Cook- class 12 pass with two years of experience. Must have ITI certificate in cooking trade.
Clerk- class 12 pass with typing speed on computer at least 35 word per minute in English and 30 words per minute in Hindi.
Applicants will have to go through a written exam followed by a physical test. Once the applicants clear both these exams, the final step will be document verification.

Indian Army Selection Process
The selection will be done on the basis of 4 phase. The phases are document verification (screening), written exam, medical examination and interview.
(a). As per laid down medical standard at the rally site.
(b). Unfit applicants will be referred to MH/CH/BH for specialist review. Applicants to report to designated military hospital within 5 days from referral and review medical exam to be completed by military hospital within 14 days as per policy and report back to ARO for issue of admit cards for common entrance exam in case declared FIT.
(a). Will be organized for medically fit applicants at nominated venue. Date and tme of written test will be intimated at rally site and through admit card.
(b). Admit card for the CEE for the rally fit applicants will be issued at rally site itself.
(c). Admit cards for the CEE for the review fit cases will be issued after getting medically fit by concerned specialist at MH/CH/BH.
(a). Applicants will preferably not travel from any containment Zones.
(b). applicants are advised to carry adequate personal face masks, hand gloves, hand sanitizer, drinking water, water bottle and sufficient eatables to last whole days.
(c). Applicants having any symptoms related to COVID-19 are advised not to move from his home station.
(d). Applicants will be returned back if symptoms like fever, cold, cough & running nose are detected at the rally site.
(e). COVID-19/Asymptomatic certificate: All applicants are required to produce a COVID-19 free/asymptomatic certificate at the time of entry. Certificate should have been issued by government hospital 72 hours prior to the rally reporting day. Format for the certificate in attached in PDF note below.
(f). No Risk Certificate: All applicants are required to provide a no risk certificate. The format of no risk certificate is attached as mention below PDF.
