CG PET 2021: Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (CPEB) conducts the Chhattisgarh Pre-Engineering Test (CG PET 2021) for admission to various government and private colleges of Chhattisgarh. CPEB is also called as CG Vyapam. A total of 41 colleges give admission to candidates through CGPET. There are 3 courses available through this exam. Admission to Engineering, Dairy Technology, and Agricultural Engineering courses will be provided.

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates should be a resident of Chhattisgarh.
- Candidates should have a domicile of the state.
For Engineering:
- Passed 12th grade from a school affiliated to Chhattisgarh or equivalent board with the minimum is 45% marks (40% for reserved category) will be the required qualification.
- The above examination should be passed in Physics, chemistry, mathematics and one of the technical vocational subjects.
For Agricultural Engineering:
- Passed 12th grade from a school affiliated to Chhattisgarh or equivalent board with 50% marks in PCM+ English (40% for reserved category) is required to apply.
- Appearing candidates are also eligible to apply for the exam.
- Candidates must be above 16 years of age on 31st December of the admission year.
For Dairy Technology:
- Passed 12th grade from a school affiliated to Chhattisgarhi or equivalent board with 50% marks in PCM+ English (40% for reserved category) is required to apply.
- Candidates appearing for final exams are also eligible to apply for the exam.
- Candidate must be above 17 years of age on 31st December 2021

CG PET 2021 Application Fee
- The application fee of CG PET for General will be Rs. 200
- The application fee for OBC will be Rs. 150
- The application fee for SC/ST/PH will be Rs. 100
- The application fee can be paid through online mode (net banking, debit card, credit card).
- The application fee can also be paid through a downloaded bank Challan of any branch of SBI Bank.
Exam Pattern
- CG PET 2021 will contain 150 questions from 3 topics.
- The questions will be however MCQ type or objective.
- Attempting all the 150 questions is compulsory.
- 1 mark will be awarded for every correct answer.
- There will be no negative marking.

- The counseling for CG PET 2021 will be held online.
- No call letter regarding counseling will be sent to the applicant individually.

- Candidates need to register online for CGPET counseling procedure then they will be required to fill the options of colleges according to their choice and rank.
